Take the time to experience your Lunera pillow at home. If it isn't right for you, you can request a refund within 60 days of delivery.
- Give it at least 14 nights: A new pillow can take time to adjust to. To qualify for the guarantee, your pillow must be used for at least 14 consecutive nights.
- If it still isn't right: ontact us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a brief note about your experience. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Frequently Asked Questions
Start with the position you spend most of the night in. Low (3.1") is a good starting point for stomach sleepers, Medium (3.9") offers a balanced loft for back and combination sleepers, while High (4.7") provides more loft for side sleepers.
Your ideal height can also depend on your body build, mattress, and personal preference. If you're unsure, Medium is the most versatile place to start.
The solid memory foam core gradually gives under pressure, gently contouring as you settle in. When you move, it slowly returns toward its original shape rather than immediately springing back.
It may feel slightly firmer in a cooler room. Memory foam becomes more conforming as it responds to body warmth and pressure, so give it a few minutes to settle — and several nights to get used to a new pillow height and feel.
The removable outer cover is machine washable. The memory foam core should not be machine washed — spot clean when needed and allow it to air dry completely before use.
A new pillow can take some time to get used to. We recommend giving your Lunera pillow at least 14 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new height and feel.
