Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 10 – 15 business days
- International: 15 – 20 business days
Total estimated delivery time = Processing Time (1–3 business days) + Shipping Time.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow several business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Delivery Date Definition
The delivery date is defined as the date on which the order is successfully delivered to the customer, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.
All warranties, refunds, and return eligibility periods begin from the delivery date, not the order date or shipping date.
