At Lunera Comfort, your sleep matters to us. That’s why every purchase is backed by our 60-Night Sleep Guarantee.
60-Night Sleep Guarantee
You can try your pillow at home for 60 nights. If you don’t feel an improvement, simply contact us within 60 days of delivery and we’ll issue a full refund — no need to return the product.
We recommend using the pillow for at least 14 consecutive nights, as your body may need time to adjust to proper alignment.
Eligibility for a refund
To qualify for a refund under our 60-Night Sleep Guarantee:
• The pillow must be used for at least 14 consecutive nights
• Only one refund claim is allowed per order / household
• The product must not be intentionally damaged or misused

We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Refund processing
Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Returns
As part of our 60-Night Sleep Guarantee, you do not need to return the product.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Chargebacks & disputes
We kindly ask that you contact us before opening a chargeback or dispute. Our support team is here to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days:
• Check your bank account again
• Contact your card issuer
• If needed, reach out to us and we’ll assist you right away
